The University is collaborating closely with the City of Rosemount – and in conjunction with Empire Township and Dakota County – as officials work to update the City’s comprehensive plan.  Elements of the UMore Park concept master plan will be incorporated into the City of Rosemount comprehensive plan update required by the Metropolitan Council and due in December 2008.
